Engineering Work

Selected engineering work across complex automation, high-speed machinery, industrial data and industrial AI — focused on real manufacturing problems, system integration and measurable improvement.

Additional Engineering Work

Industrial IoT & Machine Data Infrastructure

Development of industrial network and machine-data infrastructure connecting production equipment to higher-level monitoring, diagnostics and data applications.

The work included dedicated industrial Ethernet networks, standardized machine-data structures, OPC connectivity, remote diagnostics and scalable machine-data publication.

NIR Moisture Monitoring & Process Quality

Integration of inline NIR moisture measurement into the production process to provide continuous visibility of product moisture and support process-quality decisions.

The solution enabled operators to monitor moisture behavior during production and react when predefined quality limits were exceeded.

Automation Lifecycle & Version Management

Implementation of centralized automation-software version and backup management to improve traceability, reduce version-related risks and support long-term machine lifecycle management.

The approach created a structured repository for control-system software and reduced the risk of working with incorrect or outdated machine versions.
